Stephanie joined Steinbrecher in 2019 and brings a unique perspective to college counseling. Having worked at Johnson & Johnson early in her career, she has a strong marketing background, which gives her insight into the application process. She’s also a mom of three children who have gone through the process, so she understands the challenges of being the parent of a college-bound student.

Stephanie is a graduate of Tufts University, and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a certificate in college counseling from UCLA. Additionally, she is a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA), and the National Association for College Admissions Counseling (NACAC), and fully utilizes the professional conferences and campus visits offered through these organizations. 

Best advice: “The most successful college applicants are the most successful high school students. So focus on doing well in high school as opposed to worrying about what it all means for college.”
